If you are having computer issues and need help fast, Remote Support may be an option for you. Remote Support is an easy and affordable option. With Remote Support, one of our friendly support specialists with analyze, diagnose, and repair your computer remotely. By servicing your computer remotely, we can remove viruses and spyware, configure and optimize system settings, even train you on how to use your computer.

*** If On-Site is unable to help you through remote support and you choose to have us dispatch a technician to your home or office, On-Site will not charge you for the remote support attempt. It's just another way On-Site is helping to make computer repair affordable.

Remote service is an option if you meet the following criteria:

You must have high speed internet access
You need a valid email address in which you have access to
You must be able to access the internet on the computer that will be receiving service

If you do not meet this criteria, you will want to choose either our Home or Business on-site service.

On-Site Representative

Remote Support is only $59 for up to 1.5 hours of service!

For a flat $59, an On-Site computer expert will provide you and your PC up to 1.5 hours of service. We have a 92% success rate at completing our customers projects within the first hour of service. If your project happens to need more time, it's not a problem. All service after the first 1.5 hours is billed in 15 minute increments of only $12, so you never pay for more service than you actually use.
